That's difficult with only the picture to go from. Looks well made though. Can you give some clues? Like make and dimensions?
Without knowing the maker or more thorough pics, I can’t make a real guess. From what I can see of the wood, I would think on the pricier side, but the stem makes me wonder.
I'm just saying you're scrolling ebay what do you expect a pipe that looks like this costs?
My first thought would be that it’s one of those Chinese HS pipes, under $50. However, those chinese pipes are often copies of more notable designs, so it could be an original something that would indicate a higher value. Final answer 😃.

I find this pipe quite ordinary and imo there's nobody who can drill straight enough to make it worth $5000

Funny thing, I just glanced over at a box with a collection of mostly junk pipes I bought last week and I noticed this was in it. Heck, I ought to put a mediocre stem on it and list it for $2,500 since the wood isn’t as good! 😃😂😂😂
I have a saddle bit Metropolitan that's very similar except for smooth briar. I gave $5.
